This time, Chromeo has teamed up with Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig for ‘I Could Be Wrong’ – a sweet, summery ’80s-influenced ditty which involves some spoken word and saxophone – neither of which sounds wanky, instead it’s just really cute.

It’s a firy argument, the ole pop one. People say they hate it, but it’s not pop’s fault – pop just gets a bad rap, thanks to schmucks who ruin it for everybody (looking at you Ke$ha) but it can be so, so, so good. A perfect pop song isn’t an easy thing to achieve* but Chromeo gets it right, almost every time. Chromeo has even been described as the present day’s Hall and Oates (can’t remember who said it, but I’d credit them if I could).

This time, Chromeo has teamed up with Vampire Weekend‘s Ezra Koenig for ‘I Could Be Wrong’ – a sweet, summery ’80s-influenced ditty which involves some spoken word and saxophone – neither of which sounds wanky, instead it’s just really cute.
